Registered Business Succession Advisor

Succession within a company is a complex field. At a time when an acquisition wave is raging, the demand for a good advisor is enormous. Avans/Instituut Scire wants to increase the specialist knowledge of advisors with function-oriented training. In this way, Avans/Instituut Scire wants to contribute to the quality of business succession advice. Advisors who may use the title RAB have knowledge of the social and emotional aspects of business succession, the legal and economic aspects, valuation, succession, taxation and finally the financing aspects. Advisors admitted to the RAB register have all the knowledge in all these areas. A RAB advisor therefore guarantees the best advice. We have been included in the Register since 2010.

We endorse the code of conduct of the BOBB. The code of conduct has a uniform standard that is used for the behavior and practical training of the BOBB in social intercourse and in particular with regard to their clients. In practice, we have the following in the Law, the statutes of the BOBB and the rules of law and action in the area with the highest standards of ethical standards, which ensure that all parties involved are treated correctly. The clients of neither party and the members have the right to file a large number of the rules of conduct and the complaint with the independent dispute committee of the BOBB.
