Our values

Our fee

Already at our founding in 1999, we decided – somewhat contrary – to focus on the purchasing parties in the Dutch intermediary market. We now have a current database of more than four hundred buyers. And we work together with buyers in the Netherlands, Belgium, Portugal and the Caribbean Netherlands. Our business model still stands just as proud in today’s market. We are also proud to have our range of insurance companies live on our site, as well as our working methods, our fees and useful applications that everyone can use for free. The fact that our site is popular is also evident from the monthly visitor numbers. However, it has become apparent that our cost-buyer model occasionally raises questions. Reason to explain some things again; Because we are averse to the well-known ‘hourly invoice’ and because we have confidence in our approach, we have always worked on a ‘no-cure-no-pay’ basis. The fact that we pay our fee to the buyer in the event of a successful transaction has been a conscious choice. We never charge (intake) costs as we sometimes encounter and do not allow a buyer to offset our fee against the purchase price.
We have always been transparent about our fee, which for the buyer is 2.85% excluding VAT, calculated on the gross purchase price, with a minimum of € 4,250.00. Do we only work for the buyer, we hear you think? The answer is loud and clear; no, our goal is to achieve a transaction in which both buyer and seller can agree. Favoring one party over the other would instantly destroy the beautiful and long list of references on our site. Naturally, you as a seller are always free to be guided by an advisor of your choice, but this is not necessary, as we will also work unconditionally for your interests. Ultimately, our aim is to add a satisfied client to our reference list after every transaction.
